Welcome to www.ipsonline.in Prosthodontist Clinic Enrolment Program (ProCEP), pertains to &, is the property of Indian ("Indian Prosthodontic Society", "IPS", the "Society", "we" or "us"), having its registered office at 34, Gr Floor, Topaz Bldg., 6-3-680/2, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500082, India.
- By mere use of the ProCEP, you shall be contracting with IPS and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with IPS. We request you to carefully go through these terms before you decide to avail the services of IPS-ProCEP. These terms of use supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the website or the services offered by the company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review these terms of use periodically.
- The IPS does not endorse or recommend any individual or individual clinic mentioned in the App / website.
- IPS ProCEP, amongst other services, facilitates in finding one or any Qualified Prosthodontist Members in identified locations ("service") and this service is provided only in good faith. The services of IPS’s PRoCEP are essentially provided to bridge the information gap between patients and Prosthodontists.
- IPS does not undertake any responsibility/ guarantee towards all the information provided in the site such as the accuracy of location, timings and other available facilities, which is subject to timely updation of the data by the concerned Member Prosthodontist.
- The IPS is not liable to any financial support or subsidiary towards the free dental check ups etc. and no involvement of IPS in further treatment plan and patient acceptance of the same.
- The patient / person seeking a prosthodontic care are ultimately responsible for choosing their own doctor or prosthodontist and IPS shall not be held responsible or liable for the selection of such Prosthodontist.
- IPS shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for the services provided by the Prosthodontist, and we bear no liability for the consequences, of your use of the system or services provided to the patients.
- Neither the program nor IPS provide any advice or qualification certification about any particular doctor or prosthodontist.
- We make no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professional qualifications, quality of work, expertise or other information provided on the website. We do not in any way endorse any individual described herein. In no event shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information.
